Impact Hubs

A Multi-Dimensional Strategy for Collaboration, Delivery and Collective Impact

The ten Impact Hubs, comprised of one or a cluster of countries, represent the Center for Health Worker Innovation’s operating model to address a specific region’s high community health burdens and identified frontline health worker gaps. The Impact Hubs serve as nerve centers for insights, analyses and partnership opportunities to guide ongoing and future strategy and investments in the region.

Impact Hub teams work with national governments, implementers and other stakeholders to co-create local strategies and implement programming designed to deliver integrated high impact platforms for one or more prioritized areas of work. Impact Hubs also promote collaboration to facilitate best practice sharing across multiple hubs and are strategically positioned to leverage the knowledge and networks of core partners in the region as well as the people and resources of locally-based Johnson & Johnson Operating Companies.
