The Center for Health Worker Innovation Monitoring and Evaluation Plan

The Center’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan is designed to internally track and assess the intended and unintended effects of its various interventions. The plan enables both the Center and its partners to demonstrate progress, course-correct and generate lessons. This evidence-informed M&E approach will allow the Center to proactively respond to emerging challenges and maximize opportunities that will sustain programmatic growth.

The M&E plan is a high-level methodology that curates results from various grants and projects and abstracts them to provide a Center-wide understanding of achievements across synergistic workstreams. As a program management auxiliary, the plan will be revisited, updated and/or revised annually to guarantee its relevance to strategy.
