Paola Martínez has successfully led the design and implementation of community programs for Johnson & Johnson Mexico (Janssen, Medical & Consumer operating companies), including employee engagement, emergency response and product donation. One of the most relevant social impact programs is Midwifery strengthening in México, as part of the Johnson & Johnson Center for Health Worker Innovation. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Paola worked at UNICEF as an education leading officer for early childhood development, Indigenous communities and adolescence.
