Lauren is responsible for driving strategy development and implementation of the company’s Social Impact work, Corporate Citizenship, and Strategic Philanthropy. With the strong focus of Johnson & Johnson on relentlessly driving better health for all, the Global Community Impact team focuses on supporting and championing people on the front lines, at the heart of delivering care. Lauren also oversees the Johnson & Johnson Foundation and is President of the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation.
