As innovators on the front lines of health, nurses may be uniquely equipped with the resiliency and resourcefulness to transform mental health care for both patients and fellow healthcare professionals alike.

The Johnson & Johnson Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge on Mental Health invites nurses and nursing students worldwide to submit their nurse-led ideas with the power to potentially transform mental health care and well-being for their fellow healthcare professionals or the patients they serve amid the current pandemic environment and beyond. The nurse innovators with the best idea(s) will receive up to $100,000 in grant funding and access to mentoring from experts across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies to help bring their ideas to life.

Join leaders from Johnson & Johnson and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association on November 11 for an in-depth look into how nurses may have the potential to innovate mental health care for all, in addition to a discussion on best practices for applying to the Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge.
