Building the Capacity of Frontline Health Workers to be Drivers of Change

The Center is committed to ensuring that frontline health workers have opportunities to grow and fulfill their full potential as leaders in healthcare. Our portfolio of programs addresses varying leadership and management training needs of nurses, midwives and community health workers at all stages of their careers, helping build their organizational leadership skills and personal agency to be effective drivers of change. This includes building leadership and management capabilities to train, deploy and efficiently supervise nurses, midwives and community health workers to expand access, improve service delivery and enhance linkages of communities to health systems.
